Hallway Skim Coat

Hallway needs a paint level skim coat. Currently paint over wallpaper which will be removed prior to work. I don't think joins over doorways are taped so this will need to be done as well to eliminate cracking. One area very uneven so possibly needs building up however will find out why once paper is removed, it could just need sanding down as its a previous gib join. Can discuss as that sheet could just be replaced if needed prior. I need a good finish as light runs up the hallway showing flaws currently. Hallway is approx 8.5m x 1m. Lots more work if its a good job.
