Plaster both new GIB and existing plasterboard for paint finish

We have just completed stripping wall paper from our hallway and two bedrooms. 2 external walls in Bed 1 and 1 external wall in each Bed 2 have been relined with GIB which needs stopping and plastering. We would like all of the walls and the ceiling skim coated ready for a paint finish. The hallway is 5.5m x 1.2m, bed 1 is 3.0m x 3.55m and bed 2 is 3.0m x 2.65m. The stud height is 2.73m.
