Rendering small exterior stand alone wall

This exterior block wall was built seven years ago and looks tatty because of spalling of the concrete fill that occurred soon after construction. This process now has ceased to progress but has left the wall untidy. It's now ready for rendering in the same texture as the adjacent house. The measurements on the deck side 1600 X 2370 and on the entry side --- . Pictures show the wall from both sides and the render finish that is on the house that we are aiming for.
