Rumpus room plastering

Hello, I am in the process of taking off the old gib in my rumpus room and will be putting in insulation and new plaster board and I would like a quote to get this room plastered. The ceilings are 2.8 metres high and one wall has a massive bay window (see the photo) with minimal wall space and there are two large doors on two on the walls (less window space).
