Jib stopping / plastering

we have 3 rooms which need plastering. One bedroom is appx 3x3 and has all new gib apart from one wall, ceiling is alos new jib. this needs to be plastered and coved. the other bedroom is appx 3.5x4 metres and also has all new jib except one smaller wall, the old jib will need skim coating i imiagine. the lounge is appx 4.5 x 3.5 and has the ceiling and one wall in new jib but the other 3 walls are existing jib that needs skim coating, one existing wall has large double doors in it so not as much area. all three rooms require coving.
