What was initially discussed within budget was not covered. Only did scrap and plaster. Have to nego for base coat at least. Painting needed few hundreds more. Ending up getting someone else's to finish the job. Ceiling did not turn out flat as my expectations as it couldn't apparently due to artex ceiling wasn't flat to start with.
