Abode hand finished exterior plasterwork maintenance

The exterior of our home is hand-finished concrete plaster (?adobe look). We need some routine maintenance, small cracks, water sealing around windows, and to finish off the plaster work on our chimney (a previous tradie has let us down badly on this). You will need to be qualified and reliable.
