Skim coat 8 x 5.3m lounge/kitchen to paint finish

We are doing a lounge / kitchen renovation and need the walls skim coated to paint finish (will be removing existing wallpaper). We are removing a wall, removing a window and replacing a double sliding door with a single door. The area will be open plan and there are still quite a few windows as shown in photos. The lounge area is 5600 x 5300 (2 walls of 5600, 1 of 5300). The kitchen is 2500 x 5300 (2 walls of 2500, 1 of 5300). Some parts of the new kitchen will have new gib, however as new cabinets are going up not all areas will need to be skim coated to paint finish. Looking to get this work done end of October, before the new kitchen is installed
