Plasterer Needed! Textured ceiling (Skim coat?) and Interior patch ups

I have a textured ceiling (not asbestos) that I'd like either Skim coated or patch repaired in some places to match the existing texture. The cost will dictate what route I go down. I'd also like to look at spot fixing throughout my house; small dings, rough spots etc. House is small, 2 bedroom 70m2 based in Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt.
