Interior plastering

I am renovating a 1940 2 bedroom 90 square metre home. I need a plasterer to skim the walls and some ceilings so I can paint them. The walls have been wallpapered. I will remove the wallpaper and sand the walls and ceiling prior to you undertaking the work. The walls are in fair condition, with some gib but mostly what looks like original walls. I've included photos of both typical old walls and a close-up of what they are made of. I'd like to receive quotes this week if possible. Would like the work to be done on or shortly after 17 March. Can wait a little longer if needed.
