Fix/replace concrete vent on house foundations
Job description
As pictured, the vent was broken off and a new one needs to be installed. Repair should also sort out the chunk missing to the right. Also included a picture of non-broken vent for reference. I figured these are probably standard sizing, or not overly relevant, so haven't bothered with measurements. Happy to provide if required. Cheers.

Can't fault anything here! Immediate communication, and job completed very quickly. On top of that, price was extremely well priced, when compared to other quotes received for the same job. Before and after photos attached, noting that he's even gone into detail by adding texture to blend it in.
