Skim coating glass finish

I was expecting a plasterer to come and complete this job in March, but have still heard nothing and need to have the room completed by May 28. I have stripped textured wallpaper off in my master bedroom in anticipation of painting. The walls are a little worse for wear so I has had some minor patch work done and a coat of pigmented sealer applied. I know I'm not going to be able to achieve a glass finish myself so am looking for someone to complete the prep work so I can then paint. I am open to weekend work, or fitting this in around your schedule. Please note, the last of the wallpaper (see photos) has now been removed and I need prep completed for all 4 walls.
