Bedroom renovation

Spare bedroom renovation. The room is 3.5 x 3.5 metres (has wardrobe that takes up half of one wall and x1 large window and small window on 2 other walls). Walllpaper has been stripped back to original jib but surface is uneven and I would like to skim so that I can paint the room. The windows have pelmets. Wanting to get quotes and book a plasterer. Also would like to know rough time frames. Property is in Chartwell, Hamilton.
