Small-ish aggregrate plastering repair job

A couple of holes have appeared at the base of our garage. The bigger of the two holes (Hole 1) is about 85cm wide and 21cm high. The smaller hole (Hole 2) is about 22cm wide and 8cm high. I would like these holes patched up. The makeup of this part of the wall seems to be of an aggregate stone plaster.
