Stopping internal walls

We have relined a large hallway (inc ceiling), toilet, and 1 1/2 bedrooms and are looking at getting this stopped. We are not in a huge rush as we are waiting for the electrician to finish a couple of jobs before the last pieces of Gib go on. We would like to get a quote for the work so we can plan for this as soon as the electrician is finished. May be december but next year would also suit to complete the job, however would like the quote in the next couple of weeks. I could post some photos once I return home after this weekend.
