Gib plaster stopping of lounge/dining extension

Lounge extension to be stopped is 3m x 4 m (includes 2 large windows and a French door) and lintel where the old exterior wall was, which drops down about 30 cm below ceiling level. Dining extension is 1.4 m x 4 m (includes a French door and lintel along the old exterior wall line). See photos...Gib boards will be applied by the builder soon. We may also decide to have the existing lounge / dining skim coated (it currently has old heavy wallpaper).
