Skim Coat Plastering for a Stippled Ceiling

Hi there,

I have asbestos in my stippled ceiling, which is thin in texture. I am looking at getting it skim coated as a way to smooth out the ceiling at a cheaper cost. The house is approximately 80m squared, and I just wanting to get some quote estimates as to how much this would cost.

If you could please advise that would be greatly appreciated.
