Patching walls in student flat where 3m hooks have taken paint away

Hi. Our son's lease is ending on a house in Upper Riccarton next Thursday 27th and we need the walls patched where the 3M hooks have taken the paint off completely. Our son is not living in the house and due to an anticipated situation, none of us can get to the house to carry out this work. There are still two flatmates in the house in the process of moving out so we can organise access through them. The first two photos are of the lounge walls and the other three photos are of our son's bedroom. On Sunday we have someone going in to remove all of our son's soft items like clothing and small stuff but there may still be furniture in the house. We realise this is very short notice but, unfortunately, beyond our control. Thank you.
