One year old house, small repairs
Job description
1. Small cracks in two corners of a recessed lounge ceiling. Builder thought it was OK to get his plasterer to try and fix this without taping and did it all in one day using a heat gun to dry it. This method did not work and it cracked again. 2. Leaking range hood vent lead to small amount of water damage to gib on ceiling and wall of walk in pantry. Building inspector has written a report detailing necessary remedies. We have no idea of the expected cost so the scale below on this website is a mystery to us! Location is Halswell, Christchurch Thank you : )

We are so pleased that we found Peter to do the job. His standard of work is excellent, he is punctual and his communication is really good. It is so nice to have a tradesperson who does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Thank you!!
