Plaster ceiling(s)

Rental property will be empty after 3 June. Will need to rake out and fill crack across ceiling and probably re-plaster whole ceiling. Maybe a second room needing the ceiling re-plastered as well. Ideally we want it done asap after 3 June, but will not have access until house is empty. Thanks to people who have been in touch.
