Exterior plaster crack repairs

1. crack in exterior cladding where blocks meet the foundation is allowing water entry into building. This area was not plastered like rest of house because it was hidden within a raised garden. Require crack to be sealed, made watertight and plastered over. Blocks are polystyrene outside with concrete poured inside. 2. Small cracks in corners of exterior plastering need repair. Currently no weather tightness problem but want cracks addressed these are located predominantly on the sloping wall on the second story. Possibly 3 or 4 small crack. 3. Crack in exterior plaster on entrance pillar.
