Stucco plaster repairs

I am installing French doors and two windows in my property. The exterior cladding is stucco plaster over weatherboard. Once the window and French doors are installed, touch up plastering will be required over the new flashing and around the edges to match the existing plaster. I appreciate that it will be hard to match the existing plaster texture, which is fine.
