Interior plastering required for two rooms inside

I require a quote for the following work to be done 1) Replastering over a replaced jib board in the garage that was replaced due to damage. This will need to be painted to match rest of roof. Not sure if this requires a paint of the overall garage roof. Refer to pictures 01 Garage and 02 Garage. 2) Repair to surface damage. Refer to picture 03 Garage. 3) Repair to surface damage in one our our bedrooms. Refer to pictures Room1-4.
