Gib replacement and plaster repairs

We need one whole Gib sheet replaced in our ceiling, and some separate plaster repairs that we want to get done in the same job. All the plastering is interior and doesn't need painting, we can do that ourselves later. For the Gib replacement, a wall-hung cupboard will need to be taken down but doesn't need to go back up (visible in photo, left hand side).
