Some gib joins were never plastered/ finished by previous owner. Involves x1 wall ( 4x4 meters x1 ceiling 4x 4meters and a few other small areas. CAn you give us an idea of your hourly rate. and overall cost, time needed to complete availability and whether you do visits to assess/ quote. Thanks
