Plastering Exterior

2 of my outdoor tiles/pavers on Landing of stairway are cracked. These tiles are not available in this size anymore to buy to replace. So I am wanting hard plastering over the top landing, either concrete or exterior plaster, in the same colour. Or similar and I could possibly paint over it in concrete pain, if plaster can't be same colour. The size of the landing I need plastering is only 180mm x 120mm
