In lounge and dinning area water damaged gib to be fixed x2 to 3 sheets of gib max. Undercoated and painted x2 coats. Also plaster and paint cracks in dinning, lounge and kitchen area. Sorry I attempted to patch plaster in lounge, you will need to fix this. I have posted a separate job to paint all the inside of house so no need to paint all ceiling area as this will be done seperately. Just paint the areas needed fixing, holes and cracks
