Interior plastering - repairs and touch ups

Part 1 - Prepare room for painting. There is a 20cm x 10 cm hole that needs to be fixed, and the room has paint peeling, rough sections of plaster due to my terrible skills and screw holes/cracks that need touch ups. Goal is to get the room plastered up and ready for paint. Part 2 - Downstairs, I have sections of plaster that was cut out and this needs to be repaired. I tried doing to patches myself and gave up, so need someone to fix the two I did, and complete the third patch. I have cut out the plasterboard already for the last patch.
