I have a few areas in the house that require filling/plastering, prep work and paint touch ups (all interior). The house is relatively newly painted and I just want the areas requiring work to be completed as opposed to painting the whole wall or room. - Some of the areas requiring attention are from wear and tear (knocks to wall corners and scratches to stair bannisters) and other areas are more specific. - I have recently had an electrician remove some plugs from a wall leaving 2 large holes in the wall. The holes are in a prominent position so i need the plastering to be done particularly well in this area. There is a 3rd hole which is below and the same size as the 2 holes. I am trying to get a powerpoint installed in the lower hole but if it can’t be done i will also require work to this area. - I am removing curtain and blind fixtures (from walls and inside window framing) leaving screw holes and bare patches. I have also made a few drill holes by mistake when installing new curtain tracks. With reference to the photos i have attached: 3 black curtain rods will be removed from the walls, 2 blinds will be removed from inside the window frames, 1 curtain rod is already removed and all of the white fixtures (nearest to the ceiling) are new and will remain. - I have installed a wall panel heater that i would like painted. When i brought the house there were a couple of paint buckets and tins there but i am unsure of whether any of the paint i have actually matches the areas i want painted. I do not have a specific time on when i would like the job completed, but ideally in the next month would be good. I believe all walls are painted gib and the window frames and bannisters are wood. If possible i would like 2 quotes. The first quote to include just the prep work (filling, plastering, sanding, paint matching and purchase) and the second to include the prep and painting. Please stipulate if your quotes don’t include paint purchase.
