Skim two bedrooms

Hi there, Looking for a plasterer to skim the walls of two bedrooms that have/will have recently had the wall paper stripped, in preparation for painting. Approx. dimensions: Room 1 3.3m x 3.3m Wardrobe opening 1.4m wide Windows on one wall 2.6m - almost floor to ceiling Room 2 3.0m x 3.1m Wardrobe opening 1.2m wide Windows on one wall 2m x 1.25m Room 1 is pictured, room 2 will have the wallpaper stripped in the next week.
