Small plastering job 180 x 210 room

I need a plasterer to repair a crappy plastering job a friend did. I have sanded back the mess for the most part, but can't get it smooth enough, so think it would just be quicker to put a skim plaster over the lot to get the smooth finish. It's just walls and the room is super small. Would be easily done in a few hours at the most by a pro.
