Would like ceiling of Dining, Kitchen & Hall plastered/prepared for paint. Dining Room (2m x 4m) - Bare Gib Kitchen (4m x 3.6m) - Good Condiition - Wont need much work Hallway (5m x 1m) - Textured Surface - Needs work Depending on price, could possibly get painted as well.
