We completely gutted our two bed unit. New kitchen/bathroom, flooring, with some new walls and repainted throughout. Mike & Linda were very easy to deal with and they kept us up-to-date in all aspects of the job. They both bent over backwards to ensure the best outcome and offered some great ideas which greatly enhanced the final result and listened to what we had to say if our opinions differed. Mike, Linda and their team showed great pride in their work and this showed in their attention to detail to achieve a fantastic result and knowing that they are more than willing to back up their work in future should anything untoward happen gives us great peace of mind. Unfortunately conflicting jobs drew their attention away for a little while but in the end we were incredibly happy with the result and glad we went with EFX
