Gib skim walls of bedroom 3.1x3.7m

I've taken the wallpaper off this bedroom and want to paint it now. There are a few blemishes on the gib, nothing major. The room size is 3.1-3.7m, with a corner window 1.3x1.3m and 1.3x1.8m. The photo shows the 1.3x1.3m window, with the 1.3x1.8m window at the corner to the right. When the wallpaper came off, it took some of the underlying paint, which is why the walls look discoloured in patches.
