I’m looking for a builder or gib-stopper to repair and reinstate a section of gib in a bathroom following plumbing work.
A plumber will be removing an existing toilet and cutting into the wall on Tuesday morning. I need someone to come in after this (either from 2:30pm Tuesday onwards, or alternatively any time on Thursday) to:
* Replace the removed section of plasterboard
* Patch and finish the wall ready for toilet installation
* Ensure the area is tidy and ready for plumbing fixtures to be installed
* Stopping, sanding, and paint-ready finish (ideally you also be able to paint this small section of repaired wall – I can supply paint, but all other materials and tools to be supplied by contractor)
The plumber will return Friday midday to install the new toilet, so the wall needs to be sufficiently completed by then (at least structurally sound and ready for install – final sanding/painting can be discussed if needed).
Thanks
