Handing over a room reno to the pros to finish!
I need:
- 90mm gib cove installed
- 4 walls skim coated with top coat (I have done oil based sealer and 2 coats of tradeset plaster already)
- Ceiling has new gib on it, and needs 1 final top coat on taper joints and screw holes.
- existing skirting and architraves need a sand/prep
- one more round of paint striper on the aluminium window frame (we've done 1 round)
- 1 length of architrave required (top of window)
- paint everything
