Plasterboard skylight cavity

Please quote on filling the skylight cavity in the image with plasterboard, plaster and paint. Please also install some insulation in the cavity. I can supply the correct color paint to match the existing color wall. Cavity is 108cm wide / 63cm high. Depth to wooden boarder is 13cm. The skylight is redundant and will be roofed over when the roof is replaced in a few years time.
