Lounge and Kitchen in Bach - one room

Lake Clearwater Bach - 8m * 3m open plan room - no dividing wall. Ceiling and Walls plastering with gypboard required. currently got melamine wall 3mm brown boards and chipboard panel ceiling . I'm keen to do a contra against labour for future usage of the Bach and i will pay for all materials and fuel. Bach is up at Lake Clearwater past Mt Somers.
