We have sagging Pinex tiles in an approx 12.5sqm bedroom with a 2.4m high ceiling. Need to remove and replace ceiling in room and wardrobe interior with Gib board and skim with plaster. Ideally needs to be done by 12th July, when HRV will be installing vents.
