Closet room renovation

- Need the whole room repaired for painting, it is approximately 2m x 2m, will need some insulation and re-gibing. - Need the ceiling replaced/repaired ready for painting. - All shelves and poles removed. - Need a cupboard built around the boiler. - Need a strong floating shelf right round the room the same height as the boiler cupboard - Would like a plug socket if possible but not necessary, depending on costs. I also would like a ceiling fixed in the other room, basically 3 or 4 boards but that might have to wait till next time depending on cost.
