Gib skimming

I'm after a skim coat over gib walls in a bathroom, after wallpaper has been stripped off. The bathroom has timber paneling from the floor to about waist height so this is from there to the ceiling. Total area is would be 19.5sqm but once you take out shower, door and window I'd estimate 15-16sqm. We'll be doing this to a lot of the house over the next few months so there may be some repeat business in it.
