Plasterboard installation

Have a room in a 1925 house. The old wallpaper and scrim wall lining has been removed. Also all tacks have been taken out. Now I just need a tradesman to install plasterboard and plaster over joints. I have left the original sarking boards in place. The room is about 3.3 meters wide by 3.6 meters long and 2.9 meters tall. If I can get the job done over the next week that would be excellent.
