We had a water pipe leak. To access and replace the pipe we need to cut away some plasterboard. We would like to replace the plasterboard and gib-stop it. Estimates are 1x3m board for the wall, and 4 x 3m board for the ceiling. A skirting board will need to come off and be replaced also. We would also like to replace the cornice also - about 15 linear meters. Happy to take guidance on best approach - currently we think replacing would be easier and quicker than repairing. No rush as it's not a huge job.
