Bathroom reconfiguration

We are turning a large(ish) bathroom and separate WC into an esuite and separate bathroom. The ensuite will end up being approx 2x2.44 and the second bathroom will be approx 2x2.64, studs are 2.27m high. We are wanting to demo the current wall between bathroom and separate WC and then erect a new wall to separate the two bathrooms. We'll then need to move one door/doorframe and replace the hallway wall lining both sides (aqua lining on the bathroom side). That wall will be approx 5m long.
