GIB Replacement and moisture inspection

As we are in the process of selling the home, and inspection has found elevated moisture readings on one external facing section (dining room - 2 No. small panels and 1 No.larger panel) Work required: 1. Remove GIB 2. Inspect cavity and replace any frame below window that may require replacement 3. Check path of leak (if it can be traced) 4. Replace GIB and finish necessary stopping on joints 5. All work to be photographed 6. Moisture check by owner pre-GIB replacement Note: - Painting to wall to be undertaken by owner - Estimate required, date available and estimate duration of work.
