Fixing existing gib ceiling

The gib in the garage ceiling has dropped slightly, we can now see the joins and some screws. The house is 30 years old, have lived here for 7 and pretty sure it wasn't like this when I moved in. We think its a combination of the moisture from the dryer not being vented, no insulation and that the joins havn't been back braced along with potentially not enough screws. I'm looking for someone to back brace the joins and do what else is necessary to prevent it getting any worse.
