3 bedrooms to be relined + wardrobes to be repositioned.
Job description
3 bedrooms to reline + carpentry work to reposition 2 wardrobes. Measurements as below. 3.3m x 3.0m (+ wradrobe) 3.0m x 3.0m (+ wardrobe) 3.0m x 3.0m (no wardrobe). All walls need to be re-gibbed & stopped as well as ceilings. New architraves to be fitted. Exterior wall Insulation to be retro-fitted. If you are flexible with your time and are happy to prep the carpentry and come back to finish the plastering later on, we could consider taking care of the insulation ourselves. The two wardrobes in the first two bedrooms will need to be opened up and switched around. There is a little closet cavity in the hallway which will need to be closed off so the space can be utilised for the wardrobes (refer plan attached). We will take care of the painting. Ideally we would prefer for the work to be carried between the 13th July and 10th of August.

We are very happy with our new bedrooms. Karu worked with us on adjusting the scope to fit our budget. He helped us find a builder to complete the building work. He did a great job on the plastering including square stopping a bedroom where we kept a couple of averagely lined walls. We also had a set back on the schedule and he worked around us without hesitation. We had great communication throughout. End result looks great and we will definitely call Karu again in the future.
