Ceiling installation

We are looking for someone to replace our ceilings following asbestos removal. The current company we are corresponding with remove the ceilings and do all the safety things but don't replace them. Part of the job will hopefully be covered by EQC/insurance but depending on cost we will get the entire house done at the same time. The EQC/insurance area is just under 38sqm and is all one connected ceiling. The remainder on the house just over 38 sqm and is three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet and a short hallway. Also wondering if anyone also would install new insulation at the same time but not essential. Thank you!
