Ceiling gib stop

Wanting to get get my ceiling gib stopped, I put the gib up about 3 years ago and I tried to attempt to stop it myself with bad results as all the joins have cracked so have decided to get an expert in. The area of the house is approx 100 square meters. Also an area in the kitchen may need replacing approx 4-5 meter square. Would also like to get gib cove installed throughout the house.
