Repair internal and external plaster, patch and paint

A heat pump has been installed in the wrong place, and needs to be removed and the wall patched and painted. We will be on site on 13 May and it would be great to get a repair person started to patch the wall and match the paint colours after the heat pump has been removed from the wall. Unsure of price so if you wouldn't mind estimating from these photos that would be great. I do not have paint colours, if you can't paint match on site please let me know and I can see if I can get that.
